1 Thessalonians 5:11 (NIV)
“Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.”
Sarah experienced the uplifting power of encouragement. When facing a difficult task, the kind words and support of her friends made all the difference. She realized that we have the ability to be sources of light and strength to others.
We have the power to uplift and encourage one another. 1 Thessalonians 5:11 encourages us to build each other up. Let’s be intentional about offering encouragement and being sources of light in the lives of those around us.
Prayer:
Loving God, help us to be instruments of encouragement. May our words and actions uplift and strengthen others, reflecting your love and kindness. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
