Secure in His Ownership
Ephesians 1:13-14 (NIV)
“And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession—to the praise of his glory.”
Ephesians 1:13-14 speaks of believers being sealed with the Holy Spirit, marking them as God’s own. This devotional reflects on the assurance and security found in being marked with God’s ownership.
Included in Christ: Through faith in Christ, believers are united with Him. May you find assurance in knowing that you are included in Christ’s redemptive work and sealed with His Spirit.
